David founded Dagar after a career in the shopping center industry in which he was involved in the leasing, development and management of both strip centers and enclosed malls. With over forty years experience in commercial real estate, he is responsible for overseeing all day to day activities of the company. Through his efforts and ability to assemble a talented group of professionals, Dagar has compiled an impressive client base which continues to expand the company rapidly in new and exciting directions.

David has operated successful hospitality businesses in Dutchess County for over 40 years. As a lifelong resident, his involvement in the Hudson Valley community has allowed him to establish strong local relationships. David’s comprehensive knowledge of the area and effective interpersonal skills aid him daily in his responsibilities at Dagar. For years he has been investing in local real estate, as well as mentoring new arrivals to the Poughkeepsie business community. David continues to play a large role in the Poughkeepsie Main Street Revitalization. His enthusiasm for the Dutchess County real estate market became a hobby that transformed into a real estate career. It did not take long to discover that combining his previous skills in the hospitality industry and his interest in real estate would make his career decision a perfect fit. After years of analyzing the real estate market from the outside, David decided to join the industry working from the inside.
Melissa Quinones, Office Manager
Melissa is highly motivated and passionate about real estate. She is dedicated to helping the Dagar Team achieve their business objectives.
Melissa is responsible for managing day to day office operations to ensure a productive, organized environment. She interacts with all Tenants and oversees the rent collection for all properties.
With several years of management and small business ownership experience, Melissa is a perfect fit at Dagar.
Nadine Azzolini, Business Administrator ![]()
Nadine joined Dagar in 2001. Her responsibilities include preparing monthly financial reports, annual property budgets, billings and tracking property receivables. As the Business Administrator she coordinates scheduling and all issues relating to Dagar managed and leased properties. Nadine is the main point of contact for the company and deals with all day-to-day matters inclusing tenant relations. Her prior experience includes Texaco corporate and Putnam Tank Car Corporation. As an analyst for ten years she prepared statistical reports and performed audits.
