HES is located in Building 3 at Heritage Square. HES consists of approximately 45 separate office suites of various shapes and sizes and can accommodate any small business requirement from 86 square feet to 688 square feet. Many of the suites are furnished and others allow for personalization by tenants who already have their own furnishings. There is a full time Administrator during business hours, Monday through Friday. Each tenant will have afterhours access to their office using a 24/7 security key fob system. Common amenities include a break room, executive restrooms and a furnished conference room available by reservation.
